Immaculate Kamaliza

Immaculate is an Associate of the firm and she is currently under the finance, banking and Conveyancing department. She has been exposed to various assignments in legal advisory, securities law (banking & finance), corporate and commercial aspects as well as litigation which areas she has developed in-depth knowledge.

She has been practicing law for four years now. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a Certified Mediator from Praxis Conflict Centre, Kampala.

She is primarily involved in legal advisory, undertaking due diligence assignments, legal and compliance audits, perfection of securities and realization of the same for over a period of two years of our commercial/financial institutions where she serves as the focal person thereof.

She has guided, advised and rendered consultancy services to some of our corporate and individual Clients on a number of aspects covering general legal and transactional practice.

She is engaged in research and document preparation on the intricate legal issues in the arena of Civil, Domestic, Corporate and Land litigation. Her focus is therefore inclined to legal advisory, securitization and transaction advisory, due diligence among many others.

Immaculate is a member of Uganda Law Society and a member of the East Africa Law Society and a Practicing Advocate of the High Court of the Republic of Uganda and subordinate Courts thereto.

Immaculate holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Nkumba University, Entebbe and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda.
