Ainomugisha Anita

Anita, a Legal Assistant who is possessed with a vast legal expertise in the Commercial, Banking & Finance sectors and litigation generally.

Anita started her career as legal Associate at M/s Eliakim & Edison Advocates a distinguished private Law Firm. While there, she was trained on how to draft court documents and was also exposed to court decorum.

She later joined Kiiza & Kwanza Advocates where she holds the position of a Legal Associate at the firm. She has been exposed to various assignments in the banking & finance and commercial sectors including aspects of land matters which areas she has developed in-depth expertise in.

She has gained experience in Due Diligence & Securities where she is involved in undertaking due diligence assignments, legal and compliance audits, perfection of securities and realization of the same for ABC Capital Bank, Orient Bank, Bank of Africa, Bank of India and the Eleglance Finance Limited.

She has rendered legal services to a number of corporate and individual clients on land matters and corporate matters.

Anita is a Practicing Advocate of the High Court of the Republic of Uganda and subordinate Courts thereto.
